DAY 1 – Departure for your Egypt Travel Package from USA

The first day of your trip begins with your boarding your flight to the Land of the Pharaohs to enjoy an unforgettable journey through time.

DAY 2 – Meet and Assist at Cairo Airport and Transfer to your Hotel

When you land at the airport in Cairo for your Egypt travel package from USA, your tour manager meets you and then escorts you to the hotel where you will be staying for the next two nights. After check-in at the hotel, your tour manager will review your itinerary with you and also confirm a pick up time for the following day. After this, you will be left to spend the remainder of the day as you wish.

DAY 3 – Private Guided Tour in Cairo

After breakfast, at the confirmed time, your guide and driver will fetch you from your hotel and then you will make your way to Giza. When you get there, you head directly to the ancient Giza necropolis to see the famous Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx and the Valley Temple.

Usually, once you are finished at the pyramids you take a slow walk over to where the Sphinx is located. However, you also cover the distance on the back of a camel if you want to. Camel rides are optional and are not included in the price of this Egypt travel package from USA.

After your tour at the pyramids, you will then be taken for some lunch at a good quality authentic Egyptian restaurant. Enjoy your meal, and then it will be time for a visit to the world-renowned Egyptian Museum in downtown Cairo where you view thousands and thousands of artifacts. With more than 100,000 items on display, you could spend an entire day here and still not see everything.

When your museum tour ends, you will make your to the Islamic quarter to do some shopping at the notorious Khan el Khalili Bazaar, providing there is still enough time. If there is insufficient time, you will be driven back to your hotel after visiting the museum.

DAY 4 – Flight to Aswan and Aswan Half Day Tour

Today you check out from your hotel in the morning after breakfast and then your tour manager and a driver with transfer you to the airport where you will board a flight to Aswan. When you land at the airport in Aswan you will be met by one of our guides and a driver, and you will be taken to see the Aswan High Dam, followed by a visit to the beautiful ancient Temple of Philae.

Your last stop for the day will be at the ancient granite quarries to see the massive Unfinished Obelisk. After a brief stop here, your guide and driver take you back to your hotel where you will be spending this night of your Egypt travel package from USA.

DAY 5 – Group Tour to the Abu Simbel Temples

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, and then it will be time for you to check-out from your hotel. Our tour representative will meet you at the confirmed time and then you will be taken to board a clean and modern air-conditioned coach for a small group to Egypt’s second-most instantly recognizable sites, the rock-hewn temples of Pharaoh Ramses II and his wife Queen Nefertari.

The Abu Simbel Temples are among the most breathtaking ancient monument in the country and are viewed as being true ancient Egyptian masterpieces. It is hard to believe that both these giant rock-cut structures were relocated to the current position to save them from the flooding of Lake Nasser following the construction of the Aswan High Dam.

After your tour, you will return to Aswan, and our tour representative will then escort you to the area where you will board your 5-Star Nile cruise. Enjoy this night of your Egypt travel package from USA aboard your cruise on the river at Aswan.

DAY 6 – Cruise to Esna via Kom Ombo and Edfu

Enjoy breakfast on the Nile while you sail to Kom Ombo. When you arrive, you will join a small group of our other clients for a guided tour to Kom Ombo Temple, strolling among the locals as you make your way to the only twin-temple complex ever discovered in Egypt. One half of the complex was dedicated to Sobek the crocodile god, while the other half was dedicated to Horus the Elder.

After your tour, enjoy a leisurely stroll back to your cruise, and then enjoy an appetizing lunch on board while you are sailing to Edfu. On arrival in Edfu, you and your small group will be taken for another excursion, this time to see the breathtaking Edfu Temple with its massive granite statues of Horus the falcon-headed god stand guard by the entrance.

Also known as the Temple of Horus, this is the best preserved temple ever discovered in Egypt. Following your tour, you will return to your cruise boat and then at the scheduled time, it will sail to Esna where it will tie up for the night. DAY 7 – Cruise to Luxor and Luxor West Bank Tour

Enjoy a leisurely cruise to Luxor while you enjoy another delicious breakfast. When you reach Luxor, your Expert guide will take you and your small group to see the Valley of Kings, and ancient royal burial ground where more than 60 tombs have been uncovered, including the tomb of King Tutankhamun and Pharaoh Ramses VI.
After the Valley of Kings, you head to the absolutely breathtaking terraced mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Your last stop of the day will be a brief stop at the towering Colossi of Memnon, and then you will head back to your cruise boat.

Enjoy an appetizing lunch and then you will have the remainder of the day to enjoy as you wish. Have some afternoon tea later in the day and another delicious dinner in the evening. Enjoy the last night of your cruise in the water at Luxor.

DAY 8 – Cruise Disembarkation, East Bank Tour and Flight to Cairo

Enjoy one last breakfast on board your cruise ship, and then it will be time to check-out and disembark. You will be returning to Cairo today, but before you leave, you will first be taken for an East Bank tour to see Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple.

After your tour, you will be driven to Luxor Airport where you will board a flight back to Cairo where you will once again be met and transferred to the hotel where you will be staying for the last night of your Egypt travel package from USA.

DAY 9 – Egypt travel package from USA Ends and Final Departure
