Starting at USD 1245 per person

Day 1: Land in Jordan for Amman to Cairo Tour

When you travel with us, VIP treatment begins from the moment you arrive at Amman International Airport for your amazing Amman to Cairo trip. As soon as you pass through immigration, you will be met by our tour representative who will welcome you and assist you in any way they can. You will then be transferred in a private air-conditioned vehicle to the 5-Star hotel where you will be staying during your time in Amman.

On arrival at your hotel in Amman, you will get you checked in, and then your tour itinerary will be discussed with you, and a pick-up time for the following day’s sightseeing tour will be confirmed. After this, you will have the remainder of the day to yourself to enjoy as you wish.

Included: Free Welcome Drink at Hotel

Day 2: Madaba, Mt. Nebo, and Dead Sea Leisure Time

Day 2 of your Amman to Cairo trip is going to be a fun-filled one, so wake up and enjoy a wonderful 5-Star hotel breakfast before the action begins.

At the time agreed, you will be picked up from your hotel, and then you will travel to Madaba, the City of Mosaics. The highlight of this stop will be a visit to the spectacularly beautiful Greek Orthodox Basilica of St. George.

Within this church, you will see the world’s most famous mosaic, a 4th-century mosaic of the Holy Land which consists of more than 2 million vividly colored stones, all of which were sourced locally.

Next, you will head to Mount Nebo, the holy place where Moses had his first view of the Promised Land. From this vantage point, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and parts of the Holy Land.

After spending a bit of time at Mt. Nebo, you will then travel to the Dead Sea for some quality leisure time. The banks of the Dead Sea are roughly 400 meters below sea level, the lowest place on Earth. The Dead Sea is, of course, best known for its mineral-rich mud and its incredibly salty water which makes floating on it completely effortless.

While you are here, you will have ample time to enjoy the mud and to float on the water.

After a wonderful afternoon at the Dead Sea, you will then travel back to your hotel in Amman, and you will have the evening to yourself to enjoy as you wish. We highly recommend heading out for a nice dinner at one of the many good restaurants in the area.

Day 3: Visit the Ancient City of Petra

Begin the 3rd day of your Amman to Cairo tour package with another excellent breakfast at your hotel, and then at the appropriate time, you will once again be picked up, and you will be taken to see one of the world’s most spectacular ancient monuments, the Rose Red City of Petra.

This ancient site is about a 2.5-hour drive from Amman, so sit back in air-conditioned comfort and enjoy the scenery along the way.

The ancient city of Petra dates back to the 6th century BC. It was established by the Nabatean Arabs who settled in the area to create a trading hub, which later went on to become a commercial empire stretching all the way to Syria.

The Nabateans carved an entire city out of the rock faces in an 80 to 200 meter deep gorge, more than one kilometer in length. Because of the sheer size of the indescribable site, tours involve a considerable amount of walking. Your trip does include a short ride on horseback, but most of the tour will be on foot, which is undeniably also the best way to explore this marvelous site.

There are literally hundreds of places to see at Petra, but your tour will only include some of the very best features, including the Treasury, the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs, and the Pharaoh’s Castle.

Finally, after a lot of walking and lots of unbelievable sightseeing, you will be able to sit back and relax in air-conditioned comfort while you travel back to your hotel in Amman where you will once again be spending the night.

Wake up to another fantastic breakfast at your hotel, and then at the appropriate time, our travel representative will arrive; he will get you checked out from the hotel, and then he will escort you to the airport in Amman where you will be boarding your flight to Cairo, the incredibly vibrant capital of Egypt.

On arrival in Cairo, you will be met at the airport by your tour manager in Egypt, who will once again assist you in any way they can, and then escort you to the 5-Star hotel where you will be staying for the remaining days of your tour. Once at the hotel, your tour manager will go over your tour itinerary with you and confirm pick-up times for your various Cairo tours, and then you will have the rest of the day and/or evening to do as you please.
