Egypt Eclipse 2027 Tour
DAY 1: Tuesday, 27th July 2027 – Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be greeted by your tour manager, who will assist with the arrival process and accompany you to your hotel in Cairo via a deluxe air-conditioned vehicle. Once at the hotel, your tour manager will facilitate a seamless check-in process and review your itinerary, ensuring all pick-up times for your tours are confirmed.
Overnight stay in Cairo.
DAY 2: Wednesday, 28th July 2027 – Pyramids Tour
Start your day with breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, followed by a meeting with your personal guide. Together, you’ll visit the Giza Plateau to explore the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, as well as the iconic Sphinx and the Valley Temple nearby. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant before continuing to the Sakkara area to see the Sakkara Complex and the Djoser Pyramid, the earliest pyramid constructed. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.

DAY 3: Thursday, 29th July 2027 – Flight to Aswan & Hotel Stay
Check out of your Cairo hotel early in the morning and transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, you’ll visit the Philae Temple and the Unfinished Obelisk. Following the tour, transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay in Aswan.

DAY 4: Friday, 30th July 2027 – Abu Simbel Tour & Nile Cruise
After breakfast, embark on a journey to Abu Simbel via a private air-conditioned vehicle. The visit includes the impressive Sun Temple of Ramses II and the Temple of Queen Nefertari, both relocated in 1960 to protect them from the rising Nile waters. The Sun Temple was built by Ramses II to commemorate his achievements, including his victory at the Battle of Kadesh, while the Nefertari Temple was dedicated to his favorite wife. After the tour, return to Aswan and board your Nile cruise for the night.

DAY 5: Saturday, 31st July 2027 – Kom Ombo & Edfu Temples Tour
After breakfast on board, the cruise will sail towards Kom Ombo, where you will visit the unique temple dedicated to two gods, Sobek and Haeroris. This fascinating site offers a glimpse into ancient Egyptian worship practices. Following the visit, the journey continues to Edfu, where you will explore the Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, showcasing remarkable architectural details. Lunch will be served on board as the cruise sets sail towards Esna. Later in the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing tea service while taking in the views along the Nile. In the evening, dinner will be served on board, followed by an Egyptian Galabeya Party, offering a festive cultural experience. Overnight stay on board the Nile cruise in Esna.

DAY 6: Sunday, 1st August 2027 – West Bank Tour & Luxor Temple
Visit the West Bank of Luxor to explore the Royal Cemetery, including the Valley of the Kings. Continue to the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a remarkable structure built during the 15th century BCE, and the Colossi of Memnon. Conclude the day with a visit to the Luxor Temple.

DAY 7: Monday, 2nd August 2027 – Eclipse Viewing at Karnak Temples
Check out from your Nile cruise at 8:00 AM and head to the Karnak Temples to witness the solar eclipse. Enjoy this spectacular event, which includes:
- Duration of totality: 6 minutes, 20 seconds
- Partial eclipse begins: 10:22 AM
- Full eclipse begins: 11:42 AM
- Maximum eclipse: 11:45 AM
- Full eclipse ends: 11:48 AM
- Partial eclipse ends: 1:08 PM
After the eclipse, have lunch before transferring to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo.
Upon arrival in Cairo, transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 8: Tuesday, 3rd August 2027 – Grand Egyptian Museum Half-Day Tour
Enjoy breakfast before visiting the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), located near the Giza Pyramids. The visit includes access to the Main Galleries, Grand Hall, Grand Staircase, outdoor gardens, and commercial areas. Following the museum tour, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Return to your hotel for your final night in Cairo.

DAY 9: Wednesday, 4th August 2027 – Departure
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Cairo Airport for your departure flight. This concludes your journey.

- Tips: It is a customary attitude for expressing one’s satisfaction of good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise if you
are willing to offer it, this would be great – if not, you are not obliged to do it. The customers can pay you directly before their arrival if they would like, at the end, it is not obligatory. It is about $195 per person. - Check in at 03.00 pm at the hotel & check out at 12.00 in the noon. Check-in on the cruise is at 11:00 am and check-out is at 08:00 am.
- Camel riding is not recommended for customers above 60 years or older. A Camel ride for 25 minutes costs per person US$ 35 during the Pyramids Tours.
- It is better for each customer to have his health insurance with him/her.
- Incase there is an increase for entrance fees, taxes, and petrol, I will let you know. Also, if the government asks for private permission to enjoy the Eclipse at Karnak Temples, I will let you know.
Cancellation policy for July / August GROUP, 2027:
Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel your Egypt Eclipse 2027 trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 2024, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● In case you cancel your trip during 2025, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● In case you cancel your trip during 2026, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● In case you cancel your trip, during 2027, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airline’s terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
