12-Day Honeymoon Nile Cruise & Tour

The first day of your Honeymoon Nile Cruise vacation begins the moment you land at Cairo International Airport, and of course we will have representative there to meet you and to assist you with your luggage. You will then be driven in air conditioned comfort to your hotel where you will be staying the night.

Our representative will assist you with check-in at the hotel and then the two of you will go over your tour itinerary together, and agree on pick up times for your tours. Enjoy a free “welcome drink” and have the remainder of the day to yourself.

Begin your day with a delicious and hearty Egyptian breakfast. Your personal guide will then escort you to the Giza Plateau, where you’ll start by admiring one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Pyramids of Giza. Wander around the Plateau to take in the sight of the iconic Sphinx and the Valley Temple.

After completing your visit to the Pyramids, enjoy lunch at a traditional Egyptian restaurant before heading to the Sakkara district. Here, you’ll explore the Sakkara Complex and the Djoser Pyramid, the first pyramid ever built.

You will then be driven back to your hotel where you’ll be staying for the night. Overnight stay in Cairo.

On the third day of your Egyptian honeymoon Nile cruise you will enjoy breakfast at your hotel. After breakfast, your day begins with a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum, also known as the Giza Museum. This impressive archaeological site is located about 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from the Giza Pyramid complex.

Following your museum visit, enjoy lunch at a traditional Egyptian restaurant. Then, proceed to the Egyptian Museum in Downtown Cairo, overlooking the historic Tahrir Square. Here, you’ll immerse yourself in a stunning array of ancient Egyptian artifacts and treasures

Later you will be transferred to Giza Railway Station to board the Sleeper Train to Aswan. Dinner and breakfast will be served on board as you will stay overnight on the train in a private compartment.

Arrive in Aswan and be met by our representative, who will escort you to your hotel where you will be spending the night.

You have an “optional” excursion to the Abu Simbel Temples (recommended).

After enjoying breakfast in your hotel, you will be taken to check-in on board the Nile cruise ship. Enjoy lunch on board and then visit the Aswan High Dam, the Old Dam, the famed granite quarries with its famous Unfinished Obelisk and then the magnificent Philae Temple.

You’ll enjoy dinner on your boat, as well as spending the night aboard.

You will sail to Kom Ombo, where you will enjoy lunch and visit Kom Ombo Temple. You will also enjoy an oriental dinner aboard ship, as well as a costume party.

You will then sail to Edfu to visit the Temple of Edfu.

You will sail on to Luxor and sleep aboard the boat.

After breakfast, you will pay a visit to the Luxor West Bank to explore the amazing Valley of the Kings, home to more than 60 royal tombs, including the tomb of Tutankhamen.

After that you will make your way to the Temple of Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari, and finally the Colossi of Memnon.

You will disembark from the cruise boat after breakfast and you will visit Luxor Temple and the vast Karnak temple complex.

Next, enjoy a private air-conditioned drive to Hurghada, where you will spend the night.

These two days have been set aside for relaxation in Hurghada, but you will find no shortage of optional tours and activities being offered, including delightful snorkeling and diving in the Red Sea coral reefs; sailing, deep-sea fishing or windsurfing.

You will spend the night in Hurghada.

After enjoying an excellent breakfast at the hotel, a tour consultant will meet you and you will be transferred to Cairo on a luxury air-conditioned bus.

The final day of your Honeymoon Nile Cruise vacation has dawned, and it will soon be time for the two love birds to fly away home. After you have enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, one of our tour representative and a driver will pick you up and take you to Cairo International Airport. They will assist with luggage and check-in, and then it will be time for everyone to say their final goodbyes.
