12-Day Honeymoon Nile Cruise & Tour

The first day of your Honeymoon Nile Cruise vacation begins the moment you land at Cairo International Airport, and of course we will have representative there to meet you and to assist you with your luggage. You will then be driven in air conditioned comfort to your hotel where you will be staying the night.

Our representative will assist you with check-in at the hotel and then the two of you will go over your tour itinerary together, and agree on pick up times for your tours. Enjoy a free “welcome drink” and have the remainder of the day to yourself.

After breakfast, your private guide will accompany you to the Giza Plateau to explore the Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. You will also visit the famous Sphinx and the Valley Temple.

After enjoying lunch at a traditional Egyptian restaurant, continue to the New Grand Egyptian Museum, also referred to as the Giza Museum. Located just two kilometres from the pyramids, this impressive new landmark is among the largest and most advanced archaeological museums globally. It features more than 100,000 artefacts spanning 5,000 years, including the complete Tutankhamun collection displayed together for the very first time, all within a modern setting enhanced by interactive exhibits and panoramic views of the Giza Plateau.

You will then be driven back to your hotel where you’ll be staying for the night. Overnight stay in Cairo.

Start your day with a generous breakfast before meeting your guide for a tour of Old Cairo, where you will visit some of the country’s oldest historic churches. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to the remarkable Salah El-Din Citadel to explore the magnificent Mohammed Ali Mosque and enjoy sweeping views across the city.

In the evening, you will be collected for a romantic dinner at Zyara El Haram restaurant.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, you will be met and assisted before being taken to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure, with the option to enjoy a traditional felucca sailing experience on the Nile.

After breakfast, our representative will accompany you on a scenic felucca ride to the Nubian Village. Here, you will discover the unique culture of Nubian life and enjoy a traditional Nubian Zaffa welcome, featuring lively music and celebration. Afterwards, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Aswan.

After breakfast, transfer to your Nile cruise ship and complete embarkation before lunch. In the afternoon, visit the impressive Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddesses Isis and Hathor, as well as the Unfinished Obelisk in the ancient stone quarries.

The ship continues sailing to Kom Ombo. After breakfast on board, you will visit the Kom Ombo Temple, uniquely dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haeroris. The cruise then proceeds to Edfu.

After lunch, explore the remarkably well-preserved Temple of Horus in Edfu. Enjoy afternoon tea as the ship sails onward to Esna, followed by dinner on board.

Sail onward to Luxor. After breakfast on board, set out to explore the West Bank, including the Valley of the Kings—the burial site of 62 pharaohs—the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, and the impressive Colossi of Memnon.

Lunch will be served on board. Enjoy afternoon tea during the day, followed by dinner on board.

Overnight on your cruise in Luxor.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner

Enjoy breakfast on board before disembarking your cruise. In the morning, visit the impressive Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple.

Later in the afternoon, transfer by air-conditioned vehicle (shared with your Memphis group) to Hurghada on the Red Sea, with an approximate travel time of five hours.

You will spend the night in Hurghada.

Free days in Hurghada at your leisure. Optional excursions are available, including exceptional diving and snorkeling in the Red Sea’s vibrant coral reefs, as well as activities such as windsurfing, sailing, and deep-sea fishing.

After breakfast, transfer to Hurghada Airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be met and assisted before being transferred to your hotel, where you can enjoy some free time.

After you have enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, one of our tour representative and a driver will pick you up and take you to Cairo International Airport. They will assist with luggage and check-in, and then it will be time for everyone to say their final goodbyes.
