4-Day MS Nile Goddess Cruise

Starting at USD 669 per person

Day 1: Embarkation, Sightseeing, and Onboard Entertainment

When you arrive in Aswan for your 4-Day Aswan to Luxor Nile cruise on board the 5-Star MS Nile Goddess Nile Cruise, you can be sure that one of our tour managers will be waiting for you at the airport or railway station, depending on your mode of travel. Expect a very warm welcome, and know that your tour manager will be on call for the full duration of your cruise to offer assistance in the unlikely event that you encounter any problems.

After greeting you and welcoming you, they will escort you in air-conditioned comfort to the port of embarkation where you will get your first glimpse of the luxurious MS Nile Goddess Nile Cruise. Once you get on board, the crew will welcome you and direct you to your comfortable, elegantly decorated cabin. After you have dropped your bags off, it will be time for you to sit down and enjoy a wonderful onboard lunch.

After lunch, you will get your first taste of the Nile River Valley when you visit the awe-inspiring Aswan High Dam; the ancient granite quarries, and the magnificent Philae Temple. Remarkably, this spectacular relic of the Ancient World was nearly lost forever to the rising water of Lake Nasser following the construction of the High Dam. Fortunately, it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and a huge international effort got underway to relocate it in its entirety to its present day location.

In the evening, a fine dinner will be served in the beautifully decorated dining hall, and after dinner, you will have the opportunity to watch a fascinating Nubian folkloric show. Tonight you will sleep on the water in Aswan.

Day 2: Sightseeing Cruise to Kom Ombo, Edfu, and Esna

Today the MS Nile Goddess Nile Cruise will make an early start, cruising from Aswan to Kom Ombo, with a delicious breakfast being served along the way. On arrival at Kom Ombo, you will disembark for a visit to the area’s most prized ancient relic, the Temple of Kom Ombo. This temple is most often described as being a shared temple because unlike all other ancient temples, this one was dedicated to two different Gods, Sobek and Haeroris. Technically speaking, however, there are actually two identical temples.
