8-Day Egypt Honeymoon Itinerary – Cairo & Nile Cruise

Regardless of what time your plane lands in Cairo, we will have a tour consultant and a driver waiting at the airport for you. They will greet you and assist you with your luggage, and then you’ll be driven to your luxury 5 Star hotel where you’ll be staying while you are in Cairo.

When you arrive, you will be assisted with check-in and then our tour representative will sit down with you to discuss your itinerary and to clarify collection times for the different tours you will be enjoying.

There are no activities planned for this day so you are free to spend your time as you wish.

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you will take a trip out to the Pyramids of Giza where you will be able to explore the Pyramid of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus, as well as the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple.

After your pyramids tour you will enjoy a nice lunch and then you will be taken to visit the Egyptian Museum, home to more than 120,00 artifacts from the ancient pharaohs, including the treasures of King Tutankhamen. When you are finished at the museum, you will return to your hotel for the night.

After a good breakfast at your hotel you will transfer to Cairo International Airport, where you will board a plane bound for Luxor. On landing in Luxor, you will be met by our representative and taken to board your Nile cruise ship for a 5-star cruise down the Nile River from Luxor to Aswan.

You will enjoy lunch aboard the ship, and then pay a visit to the Karnak Temples and Luxor Temple.

You will enjoy dinner aboard and also sleep on the ship.

You will have a lovely breakfast on the boat, and then embark on an excursion to the Valley of the Kings. You will also enjoy the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon.

You will then board the boat for lunch and sail on to Edfu. Dinner will be served on the boat, as well, and you will spend another night aboard.

Enjoy breakfast aboard the ship and then visit the Ptolemaic Temple of Horus at Edfu.

You will then sail to Kom Ombo for a tour of the amazing Kom Ombo Temple. Lunch and dinner will be served aboard the ship as it sails to Aswan.

Wake up to another great breakfast on the ship, and then enjoy some sightseeing in Aswan. You’ll visit the Unfinished Obelisk and the indescribable Philae Temple.

Enjoy a wonderful dinner and a good night’s rest aboard your cruise ship.

After you have finished your breakfast you will disembark from the ship and our tour consultant will take you to Aswan airport. Here, you will board a plane for your flight back to Cairo, where you will be met and taken to your hotel where you will be spending your last night.

The last day of you magical honeymoon vacation has dawned and it will soon be time for you to leave Egypt. Before do though, sit down to a wonderful breakfast and think of all the great experiences you have had during your stay.

After breakfast our staff will collect you and drive you to the airport for your flight back home. They will assist you with your luggage and check-in, and then bid you farewell.
