Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Egypt

Welcome to the Land of the Pharaohs and your Egypt honeymoon tour. No matter what time you arrive, we will have a tour manager and a driver at the airport to meet you. After you have cleared immigration you will be greeted, congratulated on your wedding, and assisted with your luggage. You will then enjoy a pleasant air-conditioned drive to your hotel where you will be spending your time in Cairo.

After you have checked in, sit down for a short chat with your tour guide so that pick up times can be arranged for your various Egypt tours, and then enjoy a nice complementary “Welcome” drink on us. You will then be left to enjoy the rest of your first day as you wish.

Day 2: Pyramids Tour

After enjoying breakfast in your hotel, you will visit Memphis, the ancient capital of the Old Kingdom. The Step Pyramid in Saqqara is the next stop on the itinerary, and lunch is served at the Al Ezba Restaurant, followed by the Giza Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus, situated on the Giza Plateau. While at the Giza plateau you will also visit the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple.

Finally, you will head to the Giza train station to board a comfortable sleeper train bound for Aswan.

Day 3: Aswan Sights

At the Aswan train station, you will be met and taken to the luxury Movenpick Aswan Hotel. A sightseeing tour is scheduled for the afternoon, during which time you will explore the Philae Temple and the Botanical Gardens. You will also take a Felucca boat and sail around Elephantine Island before returning to your hotel for the night.

Day 4: Nubian Village and Zaffa

You will enjoy a transfer by Felucca to the Nubian village, where you can interact with these wonderful people. The bride and bridegroom will be met in order to join a fascinating Nubian celebration. Shortly before sunset your Egypt honeymoon tour is going to become even more special, because this is when the honeymooners will take part in a Nubian Zaffa, with traditional music.

You will spend the night in your Aswan hotel.

Day 5: Back to Cairo

After enjoying breakfast, you will have a free day in the city of Aswan to explore and enjoy. That evening, you will board a train for Cairo, where you will dine and stay the night.

Day 6: Grand Egyptian Museum/Cairo Citadel

On your arrival, you will be met and taken to the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum, where you will enjoy tens of thousands of unique pharaonic artifacts, before heading over to the Salah El Din’s Cairo Citadel and the Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali.

Set the night on fire with a Nile dinner cruise in the evening, complete with a fantastic belly dancing show, Western music and a folklore show, before retiring for the night back at your hotel.

Day 7: Final Departure

Your honeymoon isn’t over but sadly your Egypt honeymoon tour has come to an end. Enjoy one last hearty hotel breakfast and get ready for your flight back home. Our tour rep and driver will pick you up after breakfast; take you to the airport, and bid you farewell. may your romance and marriage last as long as your memories.
